SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking number provided. All orders will be proceeded and shipped with 3-7 business days. Jewelry items are made-to-order, so please be patient. If you need an order shipped ASAP please select the "Priority Shipping" option at checkout to ensure prompt and speedy delivery. 

*NOTE: FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS- We only ship "International Priority Mail" which includes a tracking number, and will take about 5-8 business days to arrive to you, once item is shipped. We are not responsible for any lost packages once outside of the US. 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES 

If for any reason you will decide to not keep your merchandise you can exchange or return it within 15 days in as-new condition for a full and prompt refund (shipping and handling charges are not refundable).  Please print out and include a copy of your confirmation email with a note indicating whether you want a return or exchange.
