A California native, Sofia , was born and raised in Los Angeles. She graduated with a BA in psychology in 2011.  Her mom, a retired gemologist, taught her how to make jewelry, as a teen.  College ended, and she was thrown into the real world where she landed a prestigious job working at a top global media agency, but soon realized she needed to take a chance and pursue her creative passion. She is inspired by nature, spirituality, the after-life, the cosmos, and everything that glitters in gold.
